Difference in CRS score and Express Entry profile score

Please I checked my score with the CRS calculator and got a score of 458. But my score after submission of the express entry profile is 433. Kindly advise.
DOB - July 1988
Education - Masters and Degree (WES)
Language - L8,R7.5,S7,W7 (IELTS)
Marital Status - Single
Work Experience - Since 2013
NOC - 0122

Please the above is the score breakdown for my EE profile
Ive realised today as I thought through it that, at the number of hours of work per week,I put 9(which is hours per day) instead of 45(which will be the hours per week).
Could that be the reason for scoring 25 at the Foreign work experience instead of the full 50 points as ive been in continuous work since 2013.
Or, could the NOC I chose which is 0122 be the reason?
