Difference between Offer of Employment and Letter of Employment

Hello Experts,
Apologies, if this has already been discussed before but I would appreciate if someone can assist me.

I have received ITA and trying to gather the documents. I am confused between below 2 documents.
Offer of Employment
Letter of Employment

Please note that I have been invited under CEC class. I already have below 2 documents on the list.
Employment Records - ABC > I will submit the reference letter from my current company in Canada (to claim CEC)
Employment Records - XYZ > I will submit the reference letter from my previous company in India (to claim foreign work experience)

Could you please help me understand what should I attach in below documents?
Offer of Employment
Letter of Employment

I have not claimed any points for LMIA/arranged employment.
CRS – Additional – Arranged Employment is '0'

In either case, contact the human resources manager for the offer/letters of each organisations you worked or you currently working.

Do you mean I should attach original offer letter of both companies ? I have the soft copies.

Letter of employment is = Reference letter. (Experience letter)

Offer of employment, that is if you're claiming 50 points for arranged employment for at least 1 year once you become a PR.
