Hi guys,
what difference between marriage formal ceremony and reception (Q15&19) form IMM5490E:

I and my wife signed the civil marriage contract in a registry office in the morning, it was only me and her and around 10 people including the witnesses, everybody were in official clothes and we exchange the rings at that time also.

in the afternoon, we had a small party (40-50 person) in her family backyard, and we had a priest that done the religious ceremony and we exchange the rings (again)..:)

can you please advise me how i should answer those questions

I guess it depends on what religion you are and where you are but a reception is normally where you have food and have a party as such ,just like you did in the afternoon , For example i got married with my family and some friends at registry office then all went out for dinner and celebrated with food ,chatter and a toast .I would say you had a blessing and reception in the afternoon.
