Difference between 8 months course and 12 months course(8months+4months coop)

Hey guys,

I just want to check what is the difference between 8 months course work - getting graduated and 12 months(8 months coursework+4months coop). Does that make any difference to your work permit that you get after the course ?

I am hearing mixed reviews.. few say that 12months course gets you minimum of 12 months - 24 months wrk permit. Is that true ?

12 months course - you will get 12 months work permit.

But, if you study more than 16 months, you will get 2 or 3 years work permit.
