didn't received my biometric instruction letter

I applied for student visa on 2 june bcz of some technical error i dont able to pay biometric fees on same day. I paid my biometric fees of 85$ on 26 june and raised webform regarding that also . its been 2 months i didnt received bil on my gc key portal . what i can do to solve this problem ? I already raised 2 web form regarding that and its been 60 days now
