Didn't receive passport submission letter from Canada higher commission, after biometric process

Hello,
I applied for visitor visa and I am completed my biometric process from vfs global office from hydrabad on 25th March 2019,but I still not received passport submission letter from Canada higher commission..!

So that probably means your application hasn't been approved yet. Have you logged in to GCKey with your application number ot check status? What status does VFS say your application has?

I am in the same boat, my sister gave her biometric on Dec 31, 2021 till date not received passport submission letter from IRCC. May I know how long it'll take for passport submission? When I applied for my mom, she got her passport submission letter within 2 days of Biometric updated in GC key account.
