My medical was on 26th march and almost all done well but unfortunately i didn't get that final letter as i didn't know that something like that is also required. Also none of them asked me to wait for that. Even before leaving i asked madm over there about anything left she replied no all done. So i went out of the hospital without such document. Now when my file is almost ready to be submitted to embassy, agent has asked for that. I don't know why workers in the hospital don't pay attention. Now i don't even have the payment receipt with me because its already 2 months. Can anyone tell how can i get it from?
