Didnot get my refusal reason

I have applied for visitor visa for canada in the month of aug,but i didn't get my refusal letter or any email from embassy, then i contact caipsfile.com 0n 25 oct they charged me 40 candaian dollar but they also not provided any documents or reason for my refusal till date, i think they cheat me please give what should i do to get my refusal reason please suggest me, caipsfile.com even didn't respond my mail nor embassy

You can request the detailed information about your refusal from cic. The website that you provided does not really seem trustworthy

Did you get the decision? Its better to make an GC account and find out the details yourself rather then wasting yiur amount and time on different things. Safer and easier way to chwck your status online.
