i prepared my application for FSWP and paid the fees online with my CC and printed the final payment page , and waited the official receipt in my mail , to enclose it with my application , how long should i wait for this ?? what are other solutions to make things more faster .

Can you confirm that you followed all the steps indicated below? If you followed the steps, why are you expecting an email? The 6 step process does not indicate/suggest that a receipt would be emailed to you (make specific reference to step #6).

**I am not familiar with the process, but the steps indicated at the site does not indicate that an email would be emailed to you, the steps indicate that the recipt would be displayed on the screen and you were suppose to print the receipt.
