Did the PR application pre and post ITA ask for "original entry date?

Hi

All these years, for study permit extension, trv extensions, coop work permit, pgwp -- I put in the date of my current Study status not the very first time I visited Canada, for the question "date of original entry".

I realized this because for the bowp where it does ask the question plainly, it was pointed out to me by a friend that it might not be what I've been thinking it was.

Was there such a question in the pre and post ITA online form, I didn't have to submit any paper IMM form at all.

How damaging is this ? Can I contact anyone for corrections..

Help please. I looked into my pre ITA profile and there's no mention of asking of the original entry in pre ITA form.

The post ITA I can't see anything other than the documents I submitted. But I remember distinctively a question about my travel history the past 10y. My original entry was more than 10y ago.

I did mention all my entries in my Same Name affidavit because of slight misspelling. But I couldn't provide the passport or copy of it, I only have the passport number from a form I once filled.
