did question 9b change in the most recent citizenship application form?

(December 2019 form) question 9B use to state: During your five year eligibility period did you have temoprary resident status before becoming a PR?
(October 2020 form)question 9B now states: During eligibility period did you live outside Canada?

Are my eyes playing tricks or my computer isn't loading the most recent form correctly or did they change question 9b on the most recent form?
