I have done my virtual oath ceremony on the 19th of Oct 2022, sent the signed oath form on the same date, and my citizenship application was marked as "Closed" on the 24th of Oct 2022, confirming that I have become a Canadian Citizen.
It's been ~4 weeks and I have not received my certificate yet and IRCC are not responding by email or phone.
I would highly appreciate any guidance on how to track the certificate shipment status as I have urgent travel trips in the next couple of days and I need to know my options.
