Did not receive AOR or any communication: Applied for Citizenship on June 22, 2023

Hello fellows! Can someone let me know what should I do as I haven't even received the AOR yet? Tried calling IRCC on this number 1888-242-2100 multiple time, but wasn't able to talk to any operator. Should I be worried about my application?

Location: Quebec, ON
Physical Presence Days: 1569 and 1541 (for second applicant)
Application: Family (2 adults)
Application sent: June 22, 2023
Delivered: Not sure how to check that?

1. This might sound silly, but have you checked you spam folder?
2. I'd try sending a webform (use the UCI number, since you do not have the application#)
3. Generally calls get to agents early in the morning (8:30AM). Dial : 8882422100. Once the line gets connected dial : 21142 (do not wait for IVR to give you all options) to be connected to an agent
