Hi, I have two previous rejections from canada.
1. I was a dependent in family case.
2. Study Permit
But while filing the application they asked if i applied for PR before so I said yes and filled my family visa file number.
And for UCI. I filled my study permit UCI. But other wise I never really mentioned because it did not ask if I had any other refusal. Will that be considered as I tried to hide it? How can I rectify it? I got AOR on 9th october.

There are two specific question regarding this in the statutory declaration section of the Electronic Application for Permanent Residence. The questions are-

"Has XXXX been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including Certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ) or application to Provincial Nomination Program) or Visitor or temporary residence visa to Canada or any other country ?"

"Has XXXX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or order to leave Canada or any other country?"

You must answer "YES" to these questions if you had a visa refusal. But in your case if you have not disclosed any previous visa refusal then it may get considered as misrepresentation by the Visa Officer, because hiding immigration history is an offense. If you read any GCMS notes available in this forum or in google search, you would see a section called "Integrated Search (FOSS/GCMS)" which is the database search of previous visa application history.
I would strongly recommend you to raise CSE and inform IRCC about it and order GCMS notes after two months to check the progress of your file.

Hope it helps, Good Luck

I got rejected for an IEC visa before because I had forgotten to mention my previous student visa rejection. Luckily it wasn't considered misrepresentation and I did not get a ban.

You should definitely raise a CSE though because your application will get refused otherwise.

Thankyou for replying but I did mention my family PR file number and UCI number from my study permit. I didn’t hide anything. I didn’t thought about it. But I would raise a cse now as I m sure I must have answered yes to both the questions but don’t remember any place to fill second refusal.
