Did not mention siblings at Visa application, should I add them at PR application?

Hi All,

I did not mention siblings at study permit application, should I add them at PR application? I have 3 half brothers (All of them are married), and I only mentioned one of them at study permit application. I already submitted my PR application and at IMM5604, I mentioned the same one as when I applied study permit application. I did not get medical exam request yet. Is there anything I can do to correct this mistake?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
