would you please guide me about travel document 5562 , when i was applying my husband did not have his old passports and i didnt mention 2 of his trips ,and now i have the information
i got my PER 15 weeks ago and i dont know what to do about this issue , i am really worried

IF NOT then google for your visa office case specific enquiry form and update the same. You will have to sign and resend the forms again with the update. You can upload it.

not yet, since ure in PER stage, quickly refill the form again an attach in a CSE for ur country, now. Explaining that u skipped it.
