can any one please reply me what the problem with CHC why not proceed cases for 2010 even 2011 cases are already completed why not for 2010.
my case from august 2010 re medical on january 2012 still no PPR why

Just check the link I gave you. They have the info you need.
CAIPS/GCMS notes will tell you what the visa officer has put in your file.
Did you apply with Islamabad?

It might depend what visa office you filed with. For example, at the moment CHC Islamabad has a processing time of 26 months. That's 26 months to complete 80% of the files.
