Did my student visa cancelled?

Hello everyone,
I had been in Canada from July 2023 to September 2023. I dropped my course because of family emergency and left Canada in September 2023. My study visa expire in November 2024 but I am not sure it is valid. I want to study different program in the same college, but I dont know should I apply for new student visa or not. Do you have this kind of experience? Can I enter Canada now? I want to come back Canada this month and apply to College again. Is this possible or my student visa cancelled already?

Be aware that a lot of study permit rules and procedures changed in the last couple of months. Make sure you are well informed before (re)applying.
