Did I need to submit my passport blank pages for PNP Employer Job Foreign Worker Stream PR application (Non-EE)

Hello all! After receiving a nomination from OINP to apply for a PR, I submitted my application on Jan 4th for PNP Employer Job Foreign Worker Stream (non-EE).

I have scanned only the passport pages that had my information, visas, stamps, etc. - I have not scanned the blank pages.

So are the blank pages necessary? The checklist from IMM5690e is not very clear, it just says:

Copy of the pages of your passport or travel documents for you, your spouse or common-law partner and your dependent children, showing:
* The passport number,
* date of issue and expiry,
* the photo, name, date and place of birth,
* pages showing any amendments in name, date of birth, expiration, etc.

It would seem to me that the blank pages are not needed, but I just saw some threads here with people having their applications returned because they didn't submit their passport's blank pages. So should I use the web form to send my entire passport? Or in my case, I should be fine?
