My wife and I want to extend our work permit. I pay for it online and I select two number applications and pay 300$(2*150$). When I received the Official Receipt, I find that I need to fill personal information and We only one official receipt for my wife and I. Did I get wrong?

U get one receipt when you pay for two, which they will see when they scan the generated barcode. The address you fill out is the address they will use if they send your application back or just correspondence. However, for better advice go to the correct forum, as this is the Family Class forum.
