My total number of Canadian hours are more than 1800 in a span of 11 month. After working for 11 months I got my permit expired. My consultant advised me that since I have more than 1560 hrs I can apply for express entry. I made the profile for express entry. It did not ask me for dates but with the months and years I met the criteria for CEC and FSW. So I want to know what should I do? Shall withdraw my application or shall wait till I get an ita and once get that I explain cic

You don't meet the criteria for CEC. To meet the criteria for CEC you need to have both 1560 hours and a full year of work experience.

Whether you qualify for FSW depends on whether you have any qualifying work experience from outside of Canada. If you don't, they you don't qualify for FSW either.

If you don't qualify, withdraw your application. Don't wait for CIC to catch this.

Your consultant is an idiot. Fire him immediately.

You must withdraw your application. you MUST have worked a minimum of 30 hours per week, AND have worked for 12 months to the dot.

You cannot work for 60 hours a week for 6 months and think that you're eligible... It must be 12 months of work. You can work for 15 hours a week, but then it must be over 24 months.
