Did every applicant achieving more than 67 point, called for interview by CHC?

Hi Everyone.

Did CHC call every applicant, achieving more than 67 point for interview?

I am From Bangladesh. Responsible visa office for PR from Bangladesh is CHC in Singapore. Do I need to go to Singapore for Interview? Or CHC decide based on the papers (i.e. ILTS Score, Educational certificates) those to be submitted upon request.

I am planning for SAP.

Please advice.

1. IF the applicant meets the points, there is no doubts about the documentation, the application answers every possible questions regarding employment, then CHC will probably issue a visa without an interview. If anything requires an explanation, then there will be an interview.
2. The interview, if required would be in Bangladesh.

I talked with one of the counselor of CHC in Bangladesh 2 month back. She informed me CHC Bangladesh does not deal with PR Application. She advice me to contact to CHC in SG office for anything related PR issue.

The file is at Singapore, all your dealings should be with Singapore. If an interview is required, an officer from Singapore makes area trips to Bangladesh.

Thanks for your prompt response.

I have not submitted/ sent my Application yet. Expecting to submit with in next 1 or 2 week.

I am a Network engineer (IT Professional). As you are a very experienced person, Can you please advice which city of Canada needs IT professional most? I want to study on that city/ town for settlement. Into the SAP application number 18 is “where do you intend to live in Canada? City/ Town”.

Sorry for my late response. Yes I got your occupational list at other post. Thanks.

Those are very detail, typical and formal. What I was expecting from those member who already live in Canada, a short answer. Like I am leaving in Bangladesh. I can tell you that most demanding job sector in Bangladesh now is Garments Manufacturing sector. And even I can tell you the city wise demand also. Like Dhaka (Capital of BD) needs more garments Professional than any other city of BD. As I don’t have any Idea about Canadian employment situation, and the requirement of different province/ city, expecting the comments from the seniors “which city/Province will be better for IT Professional and how the demand is?”

FYI I am a IT(Computer) Professional having more that 10 year experience as Network Engineer/ manager.
