Did CIC call your previous employers for citizenship

hi folks!

I'm hoping all of you guys' citizenship applications are going smoothly!

Just wondering if any of you guys received calls from CIC to check with your previous employment? the application form requires the contact information of all employers. Did CIC call your previous employers to verify the employment history?

Not sure if I still need to contact my old managers and give them a hint

Unless people followed up with all their old employers and asked them (I did not), then you would never really know...

You don't have to tell your old employers anything.
CIC has their own means of contacting your references and verifying the validity.
Unless you are misstated anything intentionally or unintentionally you dont have to do anything.
