Did anyone from India get a PR through EE route?

I want to find out if anyone from India has got a PR through EE route

Also, if there is anyone who has got a ITA without a job offer in hand?

I have seen that the lowest score to get a ITA is in 430's, i cant see anyone having that score without a job offer in hand.

People have scored close to 500 without a job offer. The cut off this time was 482, those people would have had 1082 points with a job offer. And many people have got their PR from India, and other countries...
