Did anyone experience technical difficulty when completing the application?

I received my ITA and while completing the application, under my spouse section - personal history, I needed to save the data and it doesn't save requiring the position field to be filled in although no new activity has been added. I've sent a screen shot of the problem to the help desk but have no idea when they will respond. Did anyone experience any technical issue with the application? have you received a response? I don't know what to do??

I had some issues while filling the application using IE 11, I think it was browser related, try firefox and see if it works

Thanks, I figured out what the problem was... apparently the number of characters for the job position field is imposed even if you have filled in more characters when doing the profile. i.e. if the information you provided during completing the profile exceeds the number of characters, it won't allow you to save when you complete your application. You have to delete all lines and re-enter them again!! painful but it did work!
