hello

I had applied in ausgust 2008 & got rejection on 38 list basis. Now 1& half year back i got promoted to the occupation which is currently ijn demand & i got my all promotion certificates & increment letter from company i can show it as proof.
when i last applied at that time my consultant did a mistake in the form that he show my first work exp from may 1999 to march 04 as a full time employee but that was wrong actuallty i worked there from may 1999 to oct 2003 as a part time employee because at that time i was studing in college & from nov 2003 to march 04 i joined there as a full time employee. As i did my graduation in 2003 & my consultant wrongly show that period as a full time employee now what will happen will they enquire me regarding my study that how i can do full time study while working I did my graduation from correspondence course delhi uni & use to take part time classes

Now I changed my consultant & reapply on feb 2010 & my consultant had shown the experience from Nov 2003 to march 04 of that company he said that you dont need to show the experience of your part time work because you will not get the point of that time period .
My question is that my previous consultant had done the mistake & shown the total period (may 1999 to march 04) as a full time employee & in my new application i shown the only full time period(Nov 2003 to march 04)
If they compare my application to my previous application & they will find that i have reduced my time period of that company where i worked will it effect my case.I can submit the letter from that company showing my part time work period & my full time work period too.
I have received my file number .
Please suggest me i am woorying because i dont want to be rejected 2nd time .I want to know that as i recd my file number from cio sydney
First--If one get file number does it mean that his case is eleigible for processing?
Second-- When we got our file number that does our file move to local emabassy like I am from New Delhi?


Please suggest if i get my AOR( file number) then does it means they are satisfy & my case will be eligible for process

Getting approval from CIO- Nova Scotia doesnt mean that you are eligible. VO - New delhi will assess your eligibility and decide if you can qualify or not.

you dont have to worry about your job details that you mentioned earlier. What makes difference is, how much relevant experience you have as per NOC in your profile. If since last 4 to 5 years you are into the good n matching profile then dont have to worry about your experience before your graduation.

PATEL is absolutely right.

Though both your apps would be correlated, but each would be assessed on it's own merits. If u r meeting the JDs of your apps NOC, u r good to go.

Yes, the 1st AOR is 'only' provisional -it means your file is accepted prima facie. But, it doesn't mean your file is eligible for PR or further processing. The CHC'll decide on that. An indication of it would be your 2nd AOR. But selection/rejection will yet depend on b/ground checks.

Further i want to ask that my previous consultant who filed my case earlier ( in july 08 & i got rejecetion on the ground of 38 list now i reapplied under 38 list as i got promotion 1.3 year back)wrongly show two year of my graduation as a full time employee whereas i was waorking as a part time employe at that time & after my graduation i still work there as full time for one year ( i did graduation in aug 2003 & i was working from april 2001 as a part time employee upto aug 2003 & from sept 03 to march 04 i worked as a full time in the same firm ) But my consultant show the part time work as a full time work hence when the officer will check then he may ask the question or reject my file on the basis that how one can do the regular studies while working
To support that i can submit the certificate of part time employment showing that i worked as part time emp from april 01 to aug03 & also can submit the employment certificate from sept 03 to march 04.

So what should i do i have to submit my complete application to delhi chc within 120 days shall i wait or i will write a letter brifing whole situation with part time & full time certificate of that company & also i can submit the income tax return of the part time period in that period my return does not show salary income because i was not getting salary as i was not full time employee & my return of the next period(sept 03 to march 04 ) show salary income.

Write a letter to the CHC explaining that 'part-time' / 'full-time' confusion. And be candid -don't fake-it-up. Inform that it was 'part-time' only.
