Di I need to list the one-day travel to the US?

Hi all:

I know it is NOT necessary to list all the ONE-day travel to the US.

But to minimize the possibility of RQ, is it better to list them in the residence calculator?

I have two one-day-travel to the US, and I have the FOIA record with me.

How would you list it on the R. calculator??? something like FROM March 3, 2012 To March 3, 2012 ?? that's ZERO absence and will not be considered, plus I don't understand why the official guide on the web site says something is black and many future applicants are saying No it's white.
Maybe CIC should cancel the guide and advice applicants to check forums like this one and follow what others are doing.

I do not mean that I cannot understand the cic guide. In my case, I have many US-Canada travel, and some of them are not listed in my passport (Multiple travel under the same I94). Therefore, I applied FOIA to give myself a better idea about my US travel history.

If I only list the longer-than-one day travel to the US, it will only pick up some records in my FOIA, but if I list all the travels (including one-day travel), it will be cover all the record in the FOIA, and it will look better.

Another concerns is that I think somebody tell me that if someone is RQed, he/she has to report all the travels including the one-day travel. Therefore, I suspect maybe I can submit all of them now.

Your detailed FOIA request will/should be the same as the online one...If you are more satisfied with the 'detailed' one its your choice.
Same day return trips should be listed on the application; as the CBSA will have record of you entering Canada (CIC takes conscent from the applicant for this)

They specifically said not to do so. How doing the opposite of what the guidelines ask you to is considered "on the safe side"?
