I was given ITA on December 1st, my total points was 75 including points claimed for having a family member (cousin) in Saskatchewan, after compiling all the documents required, I asked my cousin's husband for the documents, and he responded that he sent them to his own cousin 2 months ago and would not give me because his status might be threatened. I would like to know what you feel is the best way to move forward, should I leave the application empty or should I submit without my relative documentation. Also, do you feel he is justified, I feel he just does not want to help me.
Devastated!!!! Please I would appreciate any advice.
