Hey fellows,

For the last while I had been searching for a possible solution that allows me to stay in Canada longer and over the long term study, live and build a business here. I would appreciate any new insight or recommendations of avenues to look into.

My background:
I am from Germany and participated so far twice in the IEC program.
Starting in 2016 I arrived with a Working Holiday visa straight out of High School. I got an amazing job as a software developer and decided to prolong my stay in Toronto. I reentered Canada with a Young professionals Visa and shortly thereafter the company went bankrupt. I got a new job and changed employers on my work permit. Currently I am still working at that job.

Facts:
- In December(2018) I will have 1 year of NOC A work experience in Canada.
- My education resembles a Canadian high school degree, I do not have a university degree
- My Young Professionals visa is valid until mid January(2019)

Research so far:
I know that I will be permissible to the Canadian experience class in December when I have 1 year NOC A work experience. But currently my CRS is around 349 which is way to low for an ITA.
I have Room to improve my IELTS (CLB 8) and I could earn 15 points for declaring common law.
Regarding PNP I do not fulfill the Bachelors requirement for the Ontario Human Capital stream. Furthermore the company I work for is only 1.5 years old, so does not qualify as a valid employer for the Ontario Employers stream.

If you have an insight that could help me or something that I should look into, please let me know!
Thanks,
