Details on Provinces Required

Hi Friends,

I have loaded my application into Express entry pool 2 days back (Nov 2015). My current score is 380. However I am retaking IELTS test. Can anyone help me to know if there are any provinces which accept this score of 380.

If yes, can anyone please help me in providing details of those provinces.

Also, please let me know where can I see if any province opens for nominations to send.

Any information on this is greatly appreciated.

Hi,


Let me attempt to help, well for Ontario you need to have a score of 400 and above. What Ontario do is go thru the express entry system and look for ppl with scores of 400 and above and see if they match what they want and invite them to apply for the province. Right now you would not be considered with 380-so resit the test and increase that score.

British Columbia likewise search the express entry system and review applicants and send them invitation if they meet the criteria. visit British Columbia province website and get more info.

Saskatchewan just reopened one of their province nomination so go on the province website and see if you meet the criteria and if you do get your things together and get it started. check the following page on the forum which I learnt of this opening:

Alberta has closed its province nomination for 2015 and is set to reopen in January/February 2016.

There is also one for New Brunswick-I have no information on that. You can check the threads on this forum that speaks to New Brunswick and the province website

SINP is your best option till you increase your IELTS scores.

Hurry and apply as the intake has a cap of 500
