Hi everyone,

I applied for Canadian Immigration in 2010 via consultant in category Finance Manager despite the fact that I was working as Investment Manager and partly doing Finance Manager jobs. Unfortunately, my consultant did not even bother to read my job description and only acted as messenger. As a result, my application got rejected in first stage at Nova ...My consultant without informing me filed appeal which ofcourse got rejected.

As my job was very un-secure at GCC country and i didnt want to get back to my country because of law and order situation, I re-applied in the same category with another consultant. This time my application got thru in first stage but after waiting for 2 years my application again got rejected. I scored 8 in IELTS every section both time.

Now when new list of categories opened in 2013, one category that fits 100% to my job description was there financial and investment analyst. However, I did not apply. Now when my category was there i was not able to apply being rejected twice in different category........

While desperately seeking other immigration which i am not fit for either, I am now thinking that perhaps i need to go back to my country where thousands of people are being killed without any reason......My only wish was to raise my children in civilized world didnt materialize....

Indeed very disappointed....and seeking advise....

FSW is not only the option. Try any other category or option...or even go as a student. I am sure you will get some way. be carefull, don't depend 100% on agencies, study their website by yourself and use this forum to gain your knowledge. don't go back, coz once you go you will be stuck and get more frustrated. try hard to find out a way....there is always a way..

what was the reason for your refusal second time? and why can't you apply again this year? I think you can apply as your post was similar and now the exact. consult with a good lawyer OR try to get a LMO/Job Offer in Canada. Good Luck.

He cannot apply cuz previously he has submitted his experience as Finance Manager and all data is saved with Visa Office he cannot do any major change in his history .......one and only solution is job offer now .....

Have you tried Australian migration.
I could see that you have scored 8 in each module for IELTS, which straight away fetches you 20 points out of the required 60.
You stand a very good chance for Aus migration.

2223 Financial Investment Advisers and Managers are plenty in need for Australia.

They plan to take 3060 of them in 2013-2014 and have received only 1 application till date.

Hello,

You can take help of good lawyer, may be (Cohen or someone else). Even though CIC have your job description in their records but situation changes every year. Its has been long journey for you. Don't worry apply with new application. I have no doubt that you will be rejected again. Please try to provide all proper documents which they request. Try to hire good lawyer.

Why don´t you apply to Quebec? (QSWP, Quebec Skilled Worker Program). I am learning French myself and I am very happy doing so, lovely language.

if ur country is dangerous as u said then apply as a refuge! it is a good option.

Just try to reinvent yourself and look for other options.
