Desperately need an answer for my citizenship qualification

Hi,

Please find my details below.

Entered Canada: 26-August-2006
Received Work Permit: 07-November-2011
Received Permanent Residency: 15-November-2014
Out of Canada after becoming permanent resident for 110 days

Can someone please help me understand if i would qualify to apply for citizenship according to the existing (and) new rules being proposed?

Looking forward for a response at the earliest.

You don't qualify under either the existing rules or under the new rules being proposed. You haven't lived in Canada long enough as a PR.
