My wife and I are very confused about applying for a TRV online. She is currently living in the Philippines and wants to come visit me here in Canada, but the cic/gc/ca is not straighforward and makes a lot of contradictions.
where is the direct link to the questionaire, which after to you fill out gives you a code like this one, QK4350881372, so you can submit your application online? The website just spins you around in circles.
If you create a MyCIC acount and fill out all the necessary documents it will ask you for a code, and yet there seems to be no way to obtain a code.
Furthermore, the " Operational Bulletin 486 - December 17, 2012" seems to indicate they are no longer accepting applications online, only through e-apps. which means she will need to visit a VAC center to submit application in person. But then it says its not mandatory to use e-apps. Huh?
Clearly were missing something here. Can we submit our app online or not?
