Descion made on file, chances of refusal?

All,
I was checking my pplication status in E-cas and now the status says "Descion made". It says something like below:

"Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

This application is from New Delhi Office. They have not called me for an interview. They requested me for my passport directly. Are there any chances that they would refuse my visa without even an interview? I think the above means that they have given my visa, correct? Is this a good news?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Same message appeared in my wife's case back in 2004. And she wasn't interviewed either. Don't worry, i am confident that you got your visa approved.

Congratulations in advance. Hopefully, you will see your passport in 2 weeks time.

I've just been reading on other sites about CIC being VERY careful about marriages and relationship validity given that many people do meet via internet, or via other friends in common on messenger and chat groups etc., and other various ways.
They would be doing their initial very intensive screening at the beginning wouldn't they, and deny the application early on? By the time it gets to this point and medicals and passport have been requested and they are doing a final check, they wouldn't be refusing would they?

Thanks Bhooman and LCS for your inputs. I am patiently waiting for my passport now. I am tempted to resign my job now. I but i guess i will hang on until I get the visa. As you both think, i hope no chance of refusal at this point. Also for a very civilized country like Canada, I am sure they would give me a chance to defend my case (via an interview etc) before refusing if they think my case is not up to the mark...isnt it.
LCS, I hope your spouse joins you soon. I see that you have been waiting for a very long period of time now to get the visa in place.
