Hi i had a question, i am married for 8 yrs now. I sponsored my husband from our country and it took us 2yrs before he got his visa. He came 2015 And found out he has a mistress. They split up because i got pregnant and had baby. Its been yr and 1 month now that he has another mistress through online. He is sending him money everymonth. My question is, can i possibly deport him still?. He is not canadian yet and just landed immigrant.

If he is a PR then there is nothing you or anyone can do as he is entitled to live in Canada regardless of his relationship situation with you. Just because you sponsored someone doesnt give you any capability to 'deport' anyone so you probably need to look at whether you want your relationship to continue as a resolution.

You were financially responsible for him for 3 years from landing if he had received welfare. If someone cheats once they are likely to cheat again. Having a child while someone who is being unfaithful is never going to fix a relationship. Hopefully you will know your own value and not tolerate someone being unfaithful to you in the future. Get a divorce and move on and set up a custody agreement including child support for either party depending on the situation.

Btw, his pr card is already expired
He only really needs a valid PR card if he intends to ever leave the country as needs to be valid to board a plane or else would need a PRTD. PR card validity is irrelevant to PR status and people live for years in Canada without a valid card . As said above nothing you can do to his PR status and as far as your relationship is concerned also as above seems need to think about divorce and move on.

As others have said - you cannot have him deported. His PR status is his to keep.

Best option is to focus on moving on with your life.
