I am an American citizen. My husband is Mexican. He was deported from the US twice in the past ten years for working with fake papers (no criminal convictions). We want to move permanently to Canada. I am a registered nurse, but am currently studying for my midwife degree, so I am hoping to be able to get a job. Is it possible for us to immigrate to Canada?
