Deportation from usa

hi My husband travelled from USA to India while on his opt due to some family medical emergency and while returning back to USA he was deported on the grounds of not carrying valid EAD or some other documents . Based on these grounds he was deported . After that he applied for US visa 3 times and all time got rejected stating the same old reason . Now we are planning to apply for Canada PR , will the previous deportation affect our case , if yes what can we do to overcome that ?

You will need to declare the visa refusals and the deportation. Canada will receive this information from the US, as well.

To overcome it, the rest of your application needs to be strong.
