My brother currently has an ongoing TRV (visitor) visa application. My mom applied for him and my dad last January 2021 and up until now there's no updates or progress.
My brother landed in the US a couple days ago to visit my sister but for whatever odd reason, he is getting deported. I don't have news of his whereabouts as of this moment so I don't know if he has the deportation paperworks already.
My questions is, should he pro-actively cancel his ongoing Canadian TRV application? Given there's no movement in his application, should he just wait it out and see if any documents will be asked from him? It's just that I don't know if this is already misrepresentation because during the time he applied, he didn't have records of deportation.
Thank you for those who can help answer.
