Dependents

Hi all,
My wife is applying through EE process, she is 26 years old and has 4 years of experience in IT. I`m going along with her as a dependent and also we have a 6 months old daughter who will come along with us.
Her CRS score is 440.
Is it possible to take her elder brother and his wife along with us once she gets an ITA. Proof of funds is not an issue. My bro in law is 31 years old and has 8 years of IT experience and my sis in law has 7 years of IT experience.

We are a bit confused, kindly educate us on the same.

No - it's not possible to take her elder brother. He is not classified as a dependent. If he wishes to immigrate to Canada - he will have to qualify and apply on his own.
