Hi,

I have two questions :

1. I will complete 52 weeks of Canadian work experience on 28-Dec-2014. If I send my application on 24-Dec-2014 and it reaches CIC on 30-Dec-2014. Will that be legitimate application ?

2. My wife and daughter have not received their passports yet. Should I notify CIC about this while applying?

Please help.

You have to fulfill the requirements BEFORE applying, doesn't matter when your application will be received, as you will have the reference letter, dated, and all the forms dated and signed before that...

Thanks for answering first question.

Is there a way I may apply even if I don't have the copies of passports of my wife and daughter ?

Please suggest

Does anyone know if it is possible to apply for the PR (include the dependents who are yet to receive their Passports)

Based on the checklist, I would say that those documents are mandatory for your family members, thus, if they are missing from the initial package, they might return it as incomplete...

Personally, I would not submit my application if I was unable to provide those (I repeat, just my opinion)

I would say wait in case any other members have any experience based on sth similar and see...
