Dependent who is a British citizen

Hello all,

I applied for PR last year with my husband as a dependent who is a British citizen. Both of us got our permanent residency and did our landing in January this year. I just got my PR card but it does not include my husband's card.

Does he get a PR card also?

Note: he also got his SIN number etc. when we went to Canada to do our landing.

Yes - everyone gets a PR card.

Yes. At this point, you are now Permanent Residents in your own rights and no longer linked as far as PR card application is concerned.
