Hi, I am currently here in New Foundland arrived last May 2018 under spousal sponsorship. But unfortunately me and my husband which happened to be my sponsor is not in good relationship, we are having a hard time understanding each other. I have an open work permit visa while my 11 y/o son is under Student visa and 4y/o daughter as tourist visa.
Unfortunately our PR application got cancelled due to some reason occur in the case of my husband stutaion with his employer.
So now my question is, since we are having a hard time understanding each other, we live in roof but separate rooms for months now my sponsor(husband) doesn't want me to include in his application(wc he is still want to re-file again n make some appeal or something or get a new employee under diffe. program).
What will happen to me now if he decided to removed me in the application? Can I still work in canada(any part) and find a way to look for a sponsor or employer or something? what will happen to my kids? Pls I need your help
