Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
First you have to get accepted to a college, then you can apply for a study permit.

Immigration will look at things like you having funds to pay your tuition and survive without working illegally, that you have strong ties to your home country and will return home after you graduate and that you are coming as a bona fide student meaning they could question your choice of studies.

It is up to you if you apply for your wife at the same time. Some might say that applying alone could increase your chances of getting a study permit based on that you have stronger ties if you are leaving your wife. However, your wife is not guaranteed to be accepted later on when she applies.

However, if you apply together, you will most likely either both be approved or denied.
