Hi. I hope someone here can give me an advice as to what should I do regarding our sponsorship.
My partner and I are applying for conjugal sponsorship. I have 2 kids and they are also included to the application. We hired a visa consultancy to take care of our papers and we were advised to get a consent form from my ex husband.
Unfortunately, my ex husband doesnt want to cooperate and sign the consent form for my children. I have full custody of my 2 children but I dont have any legal documents proving so. He left the Philippines last 2012. We got separated 2013 and officially got divorced 2015. My kids did not receive any family or financial support from my ex husband for 9 years. I raised and took care of my kids without help since we got separated. Both of my children can attest to that, even my sister in law (ex husbands sister) and brother in law (ex husbands brother) are willing to give statements proving I have full custody of my children and did not get voluntary support from ex for many years.
What will happen to our application if my ex husband wont sign the consent form for my children? Is there any other way for us to bring my children with me without his consent?
