Hi, someone kindly help me whether on IMM0008 form I should mention my spouse and children as dependents, who all are Canadian citizens already. My spouse is sponsoring me for permanent residence and our children are citizens by birth due to mother's (my sponsor's) citizenship. Our marriage took place outside Canada and this will be the first time we will be going to Canada after our marriage.

1. One for the Country.

Only if u spent more than 6 months in the country u would require police certificate from that country, anytime shorter u don't require it
