Dependent PR

Hi all,

I just landed in Toronto and I want to immediately start processing my daughters PR as I am missing her a lot . I and my wife both are PR holder. Do I need to have a job to start the visa process ?My wife is working in India can she apply for my daughters PR?

did either you or your wife became PR after your daughter was born?

Just read your previous posts... Yes, you can sponsor her immediately, but you need to do it from Canada as you are a PR. Your wife can't sponsor from India.

You dont need to do job to apply for child but include cover letter about your savings and ur profession and how u support child.

1. do upfront medicals to your child in india.
2.get passport photos as specified in documents
3.prepare all applications and photocopies of documents required

it wil take one month for sponsor approval and infinite for NDVO to process. Good luck
