Hey team. I need some help.
Some background - I'm currently in Canada. I was in the US when I got my PR confirmation and PPR. I had to leave the US because my US visa was expiring, so came into Canada using my work permit. I've raised multiple webforms with IRCC to process me inland, but for some reason they are not getting logged, and no response. But that's not the problem.
My wife is in India and has both a SOWP and COPR for her PR, for both of them I'm the primary applicant.
My question - Since I haven't gotten my COPR yet, can my wife enter Canada using her work permit and we can then request IRCC to process her inland as well? I'm not too worried about the delay, just that it's possible for my wife to enter.
