there is some important thread overview, and i think you can give me some choice to make my application
i just married with my native boy who is canadian citizen, we have our little giirl,, but i have 2 child from my earlier period of relationship, i am only mother of those two child, they have my surname, what we will need for application if i am guardian of those children?

These two children will need to take and pass the medical. Also, you will need their father's written permission to bring the children to Canada (unless you have sole custody).

thank you for you respond,,, we haven't relationship...... i am taking care of my children ,, i don't know where he is,,, on paper i am only parent of my children, for us he is died or live , is not important. we have our live, and know we feel as a real family with my husband our common girl and my 2 child...
how can i take the permission if i don't know where he is, is he died or alive,,,,he was abroad, and we hav't relationship since i was pregnant for my 2 nd child...i am waiting your clever respond thank you

i am sole custody, but paper where it seen is only my chilrens birthday paper
in my country there is not other proof of showing that i am costody
proof is only birthday sertificates
