my friend is applying for work permit from outside Canada. kid is coming with him.
question is which option he has to choose either below option from online portal for his child (4 years old)
- Open work permit or - study more than 6 months?

a child of 4 years old cannot get an open work permit. So it's either study permit or visitor.
