Dependent Child-Visitor VISA

Hi all,

I have applied for my dependent child PR and the application reached CPC-Mississauga on 8th Feb.
1) How many days it will take to get a file num??
2) Can I apply or VISITOR VISA for my daughter in between to get her here?? As my wife is alone in India taking care of her.??

Please suggest.
